We do our very best to provide quality products that support your martial arts training. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find an equitable solution.
Please return all items in new condition, unused or damaged in their original packaging within 14 days. We recommend you ship using a tracking number.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and each customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
All sale items are final and non-refundable.
Please note, custom orders are non-refundable as they are cut and made specifically for you.
ALL returns must be pre-authorized by the seller prior to return shipment. You must communicate IN WRITING the reason for your return and include a return authorization number provided by the seller in your correspondence.

Our customers are very important to us and we want you to be completely satisfied.
Please also note that, although every effort is made to represent our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the exact physical appearance of the merchandise. The seller cannot account for these differences and the buyer should expect minor fluctuations between computer representation and actual merchandise.

Exchanges must be pre-authorized by the seller and buyer must include WRITTEN pre-authorization provided by the seller. Please return unused merchandise within 14 days. We recommend you use a tracking number.
You will be given a full refund in the amount you paid for your merchandise minus shipping costs which we unfortunately cannot refund.
CANCELLATIONS
If you do decide you want to cancel your order completely, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will issue a refund within the next 3-5 business days. Please note that additional time may be required by credit card companies to repost the funds.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days on a first come, first served basis.
Shipments occur on business days and may include Saturday as determined by USPS. In rare circumstances, your order may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or other natural phenomena. When possible, we will communicate delays to you.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Charges are based on rates determined by USPS. Delivery is based on accessibility via USPS, including to physical addresses and post office boxes.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is processed, you should receive a USPS shipment confirmation and tracking number.

DAMAGES
Ultimate Truth LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to communicate the issue. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. When possible, take a picture of the damage as evidence of shipping damage.
