Training in Kyokushin
Training in Kyokushin is physically rigorous and mentally challenging as appropriate to the individual. Training is designed to help each person identify their own strengths and weaknesses and constantly work toward improvement. Becoming aware of one's physical and mental limitations is considered a strength in our dojo. Constant growth and facing one's fears is considered a virtue. There is no 'one size fits all' approach that will work for all people. But everyone can improve with an open mind, a willingness to work hard, and a dedication to personal truth.
