Summer Camp at Teanaway

Sensei Adams has determined that the annual NW Kyokushinkai Summer Camp will be held July 7-9 at Teanaway Campground, which is just outside of Cle Elum, WA.  It is closer to I-90 than last year's camp, and no cars will be driving by.  The campground itself has lots of space (enough for 500 students or so), 3 bathrooms, and a river close by.  It's also FREE to stay at.  There's a store with ice, beer, etc that has convenient weekend hours within 1.5 miles of the campground.  The campground DOES NOT have drinkable water, so be sure to bring plenty for the weekend (drinking, cleaning, etc).  There's a number of fire pits, but not very many picnic tables, so think about bringing a card table or some such.  There will be a $10 training fee for all attendees.

General information about the camp is available here. Directions to the camp can be downloaded here.

United States IKO-Matsushima Branch Representative and 4th dan Sensei John Adams will preside over the tournament. Entry fees for all participants is $5.
